History of Vestas
Founded in 1945, Vestas is the largest manufacture of wind turbines in the world. With a range of machines up to 3 MW and an annual turnover of over £5 billion it has become the strongest and most reliable manufacture. Coemi Wind Turbines is proud to present the V-27 as an addition to our current range of smaller yet equally reliable machines.
New or Reconditioned
Both options should be considered carefully. Reconditionned models are thoroughly checked and tested with key components replaced before sale. These machines are fully functioning and are only being sold for financial reasons by large wind farms. This is because the advances in wind turbine technology move so fast that is become more cost effective to replace an older machine with a new one that has a greater generating capacity. The older machines will still produce ample power to make them a viable proposition for Feed in Tariff customers (please see outputs below)
