State of the Art Technology
Coemi wind turbines represent the state-of-the-art in wind turbine technology. All of our products come with the latest technical and safety features to get the most of your machine.
These include a tower that can be raised or lowered hydraulically without the need of a crane, an emergency braking system to stop or slow the rotor blades in high winds, and a hydraulically motorised head able to turn into or away from the wind, thus ensuring optimised performance.
GPRS technology even allows our specialist engineers to remotely monitor, access, and if necessary, adjust the operation of your wind turbine.
Each Coemi model is fitted with a Mitsubishi controller. This is not only the market leader, but also easy to maintain.
Uniquely, all Coemi wind turbines are asynchronous. Instead of having permanent magnets, they operate using electromagnets and at fixed running speed. These connect directly to the grid without the need for an inverter – making them 20 per cent more efficient.
As a rule, all Coemi models are 3-phase and designed for industrial use. The only exception is the Coemi 10kW wind turbine, which depending on your specific needs, offers the versatility of being single or 3-phase.
